Sword's Latest Updates, Beaten but Not Down.

News
As promised, here are the updates on how our guys are doing since their return from the previous big outing to Pan Asian Final in Wuhan. Although we did not return victorious, but our guys have been not been put down by that and are working hard to keep their blades sharpened. Most of them are involve in some competition or training on games genre of their forte. I have managed to catch up with them recently and got the latest update on the guys.

First update would be on the CS:S guys. Although their performance in Pan Asian Final wasn't ideal but these guys have not been slacking. I have ran into them a few time during their training session at their usual cybercafe. Just over the weekend, on sat I saw them training diligently with another well know CS:S team call RF. The guys also mentioned that there were invited for an overseas event, however they have not confirmed whether if they will be flying over as their are still trying to obtain more information of the event.

As for the racers, XOS and Takumi, I have only managed to catch up with Takumi as I do keep constant contact with him. He too has been training hard. In a recent small scale gaming event with two racing games, GRID and GTR, he returned victoriously with a second position in GRID and a champion position in GTR, bring home some pretty neat prizes. He too like the others are training himself to maintain his skill level. We will catch up with XOS soon and bring you update from his side.

Xtr3me3 had also recently taken part in a Euro2008 game competition held in a newly opened super mall over last weekend. There were over a 100 participants altogether with also a few special local prominent gamers/bloggers invited to take part as guest star competitor. As Xtr3me3 knew that Monster (yes, he's one of CS:S team's members) also play this game, he got Monster invited as a guest star competitor also.

Oh, here is our Monster in his first round.

Xtr3me3 and Monster were both invited for this event. First up is Monster, he played against a young chap and managed to beat him in the first round, however Monster had CS:S training on the afternoon thus he has to give up Round 2 and head for his team training. What a dedicated CS:S team member we have here. So all left was Xtr3me3, and although he is pretty new to this game which was just releases a month ago only, he manage to win himself a third placing and bring home some pretty cool prizes, and tokens of appreciation from organiser for their participation.

During the Euro2008 event there were a few females in the competition too, it is refreshing to see a few pretty faces within the forest of male gamers competing in this event. Maybe they might give Xtr3me3 a run for his placing in the Sword team. Nah, just kidding. So guys, do stay tuned for more update on our guys in Sword. Continue to give us your support, thank you all.

*Sorry folks, if the article seems different from an earlier version of this that you previously read, that is because part of the original article was altered/missing. Thus this current one is a rewrite. This happens pretty often, so don't worry. We will try to find out what happened and hopefully have it fixed.

Without Tetra is the best thing ever. He doesn't deserve to be in any competition with his *****ed-up attitude.

You should know yourself. You're pretty close to the Titans aren't you?
